Academic Excellence

• Support a strong curriculum focused on critical thinking, core subjects, civics, and the arts.
• Emphasize high standards and evidence-based teaching.
• Protect AP, honors, and career/tech programs — opponents haven’t.

Balanced Budget

• Tim Brown and Bob Johnston have delivered the most balanced budget in over a decade.
• Ensure tax dollars are used wisely and transparently.
• Invest in classrooms, not lawsuits from prior board members (Luigi and Valesky).

Safe, Supportive Schools

• Maintain effective, up-to-date safety plans.
• Defend essential services like special education and reading interventions. Opponents openly wish to cut these mandated, essential services.¹ 
• Hired a top-tier safety officer to lead strong, proactive security measures. The previous board ignored this importance. 

Parent and Community Voice

• Continue community engagement nights in every school.
• Preserve tools like Schoology, Dojo, and PowerSchool, STAR tests that keep parents involved and informed on their child’s progress. Opponents want cuts and do not understand how parents are involved in today’s classrooms. 
• Demand transparency. We stopped secret votes and crony insider hires from our opponents. 

Local Control and De-Politicization

• Tim Brown and Bob Johnston keep CRT and political agendas out of classrooms through policy.
• Advocate for decisions driven by student outcomes, not ideology.
• Keep board meetings focused, civil, and ethical. Opponents chose chaos, grandstanding, and cronyism hires.⁵
